To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

Very exciting! A helicopter ride was something I've always wanted to do. The staff was professional, the pilot did a good job explaining what we were seeing.

This review could have been one star, the tour was cancelled after my husband waited two hours due to a fuelling issue. However, Micky offered a free replacement flight with priority boarding for use the following day. He even put some people onto another suppliers flights as they couldn't reschedule. Above and beyond service. The flight the following day was excellent.
