I have never left a bad review, but this was a disappointing tour due to the inexperience and poor presentation of the young guide. I just wanted it to be over.

I think the information on the Episcopal Church and cemetery was interesting. Plus the pictures that we took thinking they were clear, came out blurred. Bianca did a good job.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Pretty sure it’s a scam. After booking this tour and getting multiple confirmation emails they call me to tell me they’re not running because only two people signed up and they needed three. So they were short one person. We probably could have made up for that in tips. When I called the tour company they only offered to book me for a later time which I couldn’t do due to a 4 am wake up the next day or a tour in a different city. The customer service representative, Elaine, was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They wouldn’t refund me, I had to call Viator to request a refund. This is now 48+ hours ago and the money hasn’t been returned to my bank yet. Avoid this at all costs.

Dear Mary, For your safety, we do not operate tours with fewer than three guests. At the time, we offered you a voucher that could be redeemed for any city where we offer tours, but you chose to decline it. We made every effort to present alternative options to avoid you needing to contact Viator directly. Please note, we are unable to process a refund without your credit card information, which was communicated to you during our initial call informing you that your tour was canceled. As I mentioned previously, Ghost City Tours does not have access to your card details, and therefore, we do not have control over the funds in question. Thank you for your understanding.
