This is the second year in a row we have used The Orlando Sightseeing Pass and have found it to be very simple and easy to use, with one exception. We chose to spend one of our options at The Pirates Dinner Show. When I contacted the Pirate Show to book our evening, the fellow needed a number from the pass, which I did not see. I explained to him that everywhere else just scanned the bar code, and each place worked flawlessly. He was adamant that there was a number on it, and each pass had a different number. Since I could not find this number, I then called Viotor, the company that the passes were purchased through, and this was an extremely painful conversation. The person I spoke to at Viotor didn't seem to even know or understand that Viotor sold this type of pass. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out what number was going to satisfy the Pirates, when my husband tried a different approach, from another phone and spoke to a different person at The Pirate Show, and there was no problem. Reservations were made. So as far as the Sightseeing Pass, excellent deal, just some staff need to be better educated.
