Far and beyond the best tour we have ever been on. Chad was extremely knowledgable and passionate abour the park, the wildlife, the ecosystems and more. We saw more wildlife and learned more than on any other trip to RMNP (we have visited many times).
Communication was excellent. Easy to book trip. Chad provided all the essential info so we knew what to bring to be prepared for the day.
Unfortunatly during our tour we happened to come upon a man who had a serious bike accident. Chad (who is a former fire fighter) without hesitation, sprang into action, directed bystanders how to help, started CPR and revived the man! Once EMTs arrived on the scene, Chad continued to assist in the rescue. After the victim was transported, Chad resumed our tour without hesitation.
My husband and I recommend Chad and his tours without reservation. He is a wonderful tour guise and a wonderful mperson!

This review will always hold a special place in my heart...
WOW WHAT A DAY HUH???
If people could only know the full backstory of the events leading up to this day... So many things went so wrong, and then all at once they went "PERFECTLY" right!
I want to take a moment and emphasize how grateful I am for you and your husband. You two are both amazing people! You were so patient and understanding of the whole situation, and more importantly, very forgiving of my scheduling mistake. (And to keep that out of your review speaks volumes to the type of people you are.) For that I am truly thankful!
I would like to be transparent for everyone, as this is a new endeavor for me and I am learning as I go. Mistakes happen, and I am happy you two were okay with how the situation was handled.
I am happy with all the wildlife we saw and the fun conversations we had together. Thank you for letting me know this was your best wildlife viewing trip to RMNP! Glad I could help you out with that...
Now for the last part... I am thankful to report "Andy!"
is out of the hospital and is back with his family in Southern Texas! He has made a full recovery and his doctors have told him he is in the clear from his heart attack. I was able to meet him (and give him a hug!) just two days after the event at his family's house in Denver, before he made the journey home. I have been invited to stay with him down in Texas after the season which I graciously accepted. Andy and I are writing a memoir of the events that unfolded during the day, and are going to be presenting it for the Red Cross. This is in hopes of raising the awareness to the importance of knowing CPR and just how valuable of a skill it can be. You never know when you are going to need it!
I hope our paths cross again soon! Thank you again for such a kind review!
