Took a trip up to Salem this past weekend and decided that out of all the walking tours we wanted to do the Salem Witch Walk. We were not disappointed. Our tour witch PJ (aka the Green Man) was super fun, outgoing, informative, answered all questions and never missed a beat.
Some details to help future witch walkers...
1) we were told the tour never really sells out so we purchased our tickets around 2pm (an hour before the 3pm tour started, and came back to check in about 5 of 3) ...NOTE: I am not certain if this is still true come October when its prime visitor season.
2) the tour starts in the garden where you get to participate in casting a circle and taking part in a blessing (nothing scary about any of this at all).
3) the tour lasts about 90min as you walk around town and learn lots of different things about the town and witches in general.
