Highly recommend this Tour of Hana Road! Our guide Jason was phenomenal! He is super friendly and filled with all the knowledge and information as a local, he knew of all the spots and where and when to look at things. Knew all the spots and made us feel safe and secure on one of the most dangerous roads in the world.

The good... helicopter ride was excellent. Great views for everywhere in the helicopter. Felt very safe. Pilot was able to narrate some great info for us. I also loved how it played calming music through your headphones, which was great for nervous flyers. Perfect amount of time in the air and we were able to see all sides of the island as well as central. Where they need to improve... our party of 4 arrived on time (early actually) yet another couple who booked a later tour were asked to come early on our flight never showed up. The company kept trying to tell us to return later in the afternoon which was not convenient for us as we had plans in the afternoon. The company refused to bring the four of us up (5 including the pilot) and kept telling us that it is too expensive for them to fly just 4 passengers since Viator takes too large a cut and they won't have any profit. That is really not our problem. we waited over an hour for two different people to show up before they would let us fly. Totally ridiculous since we paid in full several days before the flight for this date and time and we were really getting tired of them trying to push us off. I would not fly with them again. Still gave 4 stars as we enjoyed the flight itself, just not all the frustration and stress before that.
