Trolley Tour in Historic Jim Thorpe

Our historic trolley tour goes from the visitor center at 2 Susquehanna St. through the Jim Thorpe Memorial, the Lehigh Gorge State Park, up Broadway past all the shops, restaurants, and museums to the Mauch Chunk Lake and drop off back at the visitor center. This 70 minute tour is a great way to see most of the town of Jim Thorpe, some of our beautiful natural scenery, great things to do while in town, and our historic buildings along Broadway! Our tour is a live narration with some of the interesting history of the town as well as our name sake.

The tour was so entertaining. I really enjoyed it. Great fun ! Nice toir of the town , Jim Thorpe monument and the white water rafting. !

We did the trolley tour as soon as we arrived to Jim Thorpe for a 2 night and 3 day stay. It was a perfect way to start our visit. The trolley driver/host was informative and entertaining. Free icy bottled water was a nice treat. The extra stop at the bird sanctuary and allowing us to see the birds was a nice surprise!

Disappointed we didn't get the full tour since we had a broken trolley. Our money should have been refunded.
