We have excellent knowledge of the area and its history and enjoy sharing it with our clients, we like to treat our guests like family friends and make sure they have an enjoyable time while they are with us !

We had originally scheduled this tour for the following day but rescheduled on TripAdvisor for the new date several days in advance. We never received any type of confirmation or follow up from the tour provider which should have been a red flag. But we had a confirmed booking on TripAdvisor. On the morning of, we were not picked up. The number listed for the provider went to voicemail when we called right after the end of the pick up window. TripAdvisor customer service was able to reach Chris and he then called us back. Chris gave several reasons - a large group, problems with TripAdvisor -- for the apparent mix up. He could not offer the original tour at this point. He offered two solutions -- either to go the following day when rain was forecast or to take an Uber out to the island where he would provide beach chairs and towels for us and then transportation back. The latter would have been a different experience than we signed up for and at this point we had zero confidence there would be space for us on the way back. Neither solution was acceptable. Chris was not able to help with a full refund and we had to work with TripAdvisor for that.

Totally worth the cost!!! Fun day trip to the beach!!! Driver super nice and easy to work with!!! 5 stars!
