The instructor, also the owner of the store, was excellent! She told us the history of chocolate and was very patient with us as we made our chocolates. We each came away with a box full of a variety of delicious chocolates.

The hostess was remarkable and the experience fantastic. Definitely will go again. We left with our own chocolate creations and about half the store as well.
