It was definitely a bit confusing setting up the tour on my phone but I eventually figured it out. The audio guide provided minimal information and we were stuck in traffic for over an hour so we ended up ditching the route.

After purchasing, you should have received an email with instructions on downloading the app and tour, which works offline once downloaded.
