Hello Randy, I’m sorry for your experience and the inconvenience. For some reason Viator/TripAdvisor had our show up for sales on the day you bought tickets for without us knowing. Our current schedule for our shows in May is Friday and Saturday.
We where only made aware of your reservations when you contacted Viator/TripAdvisor for the refund request and we promptly issued you the refund for you.
Please understand this is not the norm and for some reason they had a weekday show available for purchase and we never received the booking notification. If you would have contacted us by calling our direct number on our door we could have explained this to you and had the opportunity to apologize to you in person.
