Thanks so much for the feedback! To address some of your concerns, I totally agree. Our first stop had randomly, and without warning, rented out their spot on the day of the tour. We were literally at that location the day before and they did not mention this was happening. I think our tour guide did the best he could and redirected the tour to the next stop as soon as we found out. We've been running this business for 3 years and this has never happened, so totally our apologies. It was completely unexpected.
To your other concern, we always have 4 stops on the tour, so our tour guide made sure to replace our first location with another location to ensure you we still had 4 stops. He should have communicated that at the beginning of the tour, but if he didn't, again, our apologies. If that was not the case, please let us know.
