This is the 4th time we have used Black Tie Ski rental and delivery. They are always so easy to work with and very attentive. The equipment is top notch!

Excellent!!!!! Fast, efficient, easy! They brought everything to our lodge, fitted everyone, put equipment in condo ski lockers and picked up everything at the end of the week. Doesn't get any better or easier than that! This was not the first time we used them and it wont be the last!

6 of our group rented skis through Black Tie. It was very convenient to have the service come to us with available options. In 2 cases, the length and style weren't what was desired, and BT brought back skis that same evening. My husband switched skis after the 2nd day; again, BT came to our condo. Drop-off was as simple as leaving the skis and poles in the hall outside our condo. My only complaint is that BT did not label my replacement skis with my name which makes it easier to find and hopefully deters someone taking skis by mistake. (That happened to 1 of us this trip.)
