My wife and I went on this trip to see the falls. We had (Johnny as our guide) The Snoqualmie falls were great from the bottom location the top of the falls view was fogged in when we went. That is fine you can't help the weather still saw the falls from the bottom. We still hung out for while up at the top area (Not sure why since there was nothing to see). Then we moved over to twin falls. We had a run to the top our group had a couple that did half marathons and our guide Johnny decided run up the summit with them. We had a group of 7 and he left three of us behind. The hike is not too bad but the ground is uneven and rocky with tree roots along it. It’s hard to fast with uneven ground if you never been on the trail before. Also, I would have liked to go slower and look at more of the trees and plants. Maybe Johnny has seen them too many times but it was all new to us. We made it to the Top and turned around but Johnny took off and headed back to the van without three of us. My wife and I were making our way back down the hill just fine but another woman was having a hard time was barely making it she was sweating and having a hard time breathing. My wife and I helped her to make it down the trail. Johnny was nowhere to be found. He took the others to the Van but never came back to check on us. The one woman may have collapsed if we did not help her and walked with her back down the trail. So don't get Johnny for your guide unless you feel like walking the trail by yourself. If Johnny thought he was off schedule we should have left the foggy spot at Snoqualmie falls and headed for twin falls sooner. We would have liked to go slower up the trail so we could look around and not trip over the rocky trail. Also, some other group guides came by and provided more information than Johnny did while on our Run. If you are looking for a group tour to race up the hill with, get Johnny he can keep up with the marathoners. For the rest of us we would like to see the area that's why we paid to be guided. Supposed to be an easy trail and it is not bad as long as you’re not running it at the pace of the fastest people in the group. Thank you for leaving us on the trail Johnny. Johnny never even came back to check on us after he got the others to the van. If we had not helped the other woman get back, she may have collapsed and Johnny would have maybe left without her??? Don’t use Johnny as your guide.
