My family and I rode on the Blue Line. Our tour guide Zanston (aka "Z") was friendly, knowledgeable, and very engaging with the group. He was always considerate to let us know when to be ready with our cameras for scenic views / sites. For each stop, he lets the group know what the step is known for, offered recommendations, and things to do. He would crack jokes here and there, very entertaining. I would definitely come back for another tour if he's behind the wheel.
