Absolutely my favorite spot for a bike ride. Plentiful parking. The path is well-paved with a few additional branches this year. Actually the Outer Harbor appears to get better and better each year. Gorgeous vistas of Lake Erie. Occasionally there is a man flying the most impressive kites from the festival grounds. If you don't bike, you should walk this route.
