While whales weren't cooperating (we saw 2 tails) the overall experience was nice. The boat's crew was very funny and nice. They worked hard in trying to locate whales. The French toast and fresh fruit breakfast was delicious.

The tour operator canceled the whale watching tour on us the night before because not enough people had signed up for the tour. This did not give us enough time to find another tour for the day we had planned to go whale watching. We had booked at least a month in advance. We were offered a refund or an opportunity to rebook. Another boat operator said that their boats go out no matter what even if they are not at a certain capacity so it felt like it was greedy to cancel due to this. The booking confirmation did not say that this was a possibility. Disappointed.

Through this tour, I was able to go out to sea on a boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Honolulu and the ocean in a sunny day. The tour to see dolphins, turtles, and whales was very impressive. However, the chef was a no-show, so breakfast was not provided, and our family had to buy breakfast ourselves at the farmer's market and get on the boat. The guide mentioned that they would refund part of the meal cost because the breakfast was not provided, but it has been a week and the partial refund has not been made yet. Please check the partial refund again.
