Sammy and Lauren were great. We had an amazing trip and felt just like being out on the water with a group of friends even tho we all had just met. Highly recommend these guys and gals.

We had a great whale watching excursion with Magic Merman. Only 8 guests, 3 crew, in a beautiful new boat. Jason knew tons about the whales and explained the mother/newborn baby whale behavior we saw. We watched the mother and baby for a good amount of time - and they swam under us. Then we motored on to watch a couple of males displaying their pec fins. Then we cruised back to a group of spinner dolphins - very fun to watch. Captain Derek had a good sense of humor and a good sense of responsibility in not motoring too close. We drifted and the whales came to us. Great morningn

That is so amazing! It's always such a magical experience when the whales come up (and under) the boat. We love them so much. We are very proud of how our crew is so knowledgeable and respectful of the whales. Please come out with us again soon for another incredible experience. Mahalo!

I was fortunate to enjoy a whale watch on the Magic Merman. Being a Maui resident, I have been on all the others and I was very impressed with this boat (smaller, faster, and more maneuverable), the professional and incredibly knowledgeable crew, and simply the fun experience. I was also impressed as to their focus on safety and comfort having been with both young and older passengers. Give this team a try - you will not be disappointed.
