Whaley House Museum

Experience one of the most historic buildings in Old Town San Diego on this self-guided tour. The Whaley House was built in 1857 by Thomas Whaley, a San Diego pioneer, as his family home. Over the course of history the Whaley House has served as a general store, county courthouse and theater. It has been said that the Whaley House has “witnessed more history than any other building in the city.” It is also commonly referred to as "The Most Haunted House in America"! Knowledgeable staff. Lots of stuff to look at. Unfortunately no ghosts to be seen. Probably because it was day time

This tour was so fun & our guide Oakley was amazing. We learned alot of history of the Whaley family & San Diego. We went a 6:40pm, so it wasn’t too dark for the kids.

I travel the world for work and always take ghost and cryptid tours when I can. I booked a tour of the Whaley house while staying in old town. Unfortunately I didn’t see any spirits that night but the guide I had (clementine) is possibly the best ghost tour guide I have ever had. Will definitely tour again hoping to experience more and will request clementine again if possible
