I purchased tickets for this event on TripAdvisor for my family. When we arrived, we were told there was no spot for us even in spite of showing our ticket confirmation for the correct date and time and in spite of having already spent the $250 for tickets. TripAdvisor eventually refunded our tickets since they were not honored, but it took 3-5 days to actually credit to our account. It was a disappointment, a waste of our time, and kept our funds locked up with nothing to show for it for almost a week.
The hostess was indifferent at best. We were offered the chance to come back on a different night but we were only in town for a short amount of time. No other efforts were made to honor our purchase or to problem-solve this. I asked if they could possibly seat us over to the side, but was told they had no extra seating and no extra food, which I find odd since there is a restaurant attached with signs advertising curbside pickup services. The bottom line is that they don’t have their system set up right if it’s possible to buy tickets that aren’t correctly accounted for, and they refuse to take responsibility or offer assistance when this occurs.

I am truly sorry to hear about this experience. I don’t show any record of you attending the show nor do I show any record of any request for a refund. Our staff has no knowledge of this either. Are you sure you actually attended the Whodunnit Hoedown Murder Mystery Dinner Show at Shepherd of the Hills?
