Please note tickets will be emailed as an URL ticket from: [email protected].

Due to extensive fraud prevention, your ticket delivery may be delayed. However, tickets will be delivered no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance. Once the URL ticket is delivered, please have your ticket ready by clicking on the link provided and displaying the ticket on your phone at the theatre. The ticket’s unique barcode is only valid for one entry.

Please do not be late! Some shows will not seat late arrivals until a suitable pause in the performance. Late seating is entirely at theatre management discretion.

Some other things to remember:
- Please turn off cell phones prior to the start of the show. It’s not just courteous to the other patrons; it’s the law in New York.
- Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket; regardless of age.
- Most Broadway theatres do not allow children under the age of 4 years to attend the performances. Also, some shows may not be suitable for children under 12. Please check with us if you are not certain.

I've seen Wicked on the west end and loved it and decided to see it on Broadway since my mother hasn't seen it. We both thoroughly enjoyed, it's funny and a really beautiful show to see as it's very colourful and there is a lot to see.
We booked our tickets with Viator a few months before going and didn't know what seats we were sitting in until we got our tickets in the theatre. We assumed we would be quite far back and were surprised to find we were in row B, around 5 stages away from the stage. However, our seats were almost at the end of the row which meant our view of the stage wasn't great. This is because there is a big cog on the side of the stage, which is occasionally used as someone to lean or climb on, that obstructed our view. I swapped seats with my mother for the second act and it was amazing how much difference moving one seat made. I had to lean to the side to see more of the stage and the background. Most of the acting takes place at the front of the stage though, so you can still see what is going on, you just miss some of the dance moves and scenery.
I'd recommend Wicked to everyone, it tells a great story about the witches of Oz through humour and great songs and is very cleverly written.

Can I first say that this is Broadway not the West End. Our tickets (4 of us) cost £464.00. My niece watched the show in the West End and her ticket was £60.00. So be prepared on cost. Our seats were 6 rows back from the front of stage (wonderful) but right at the end of the aisle so that while watching the show part of our vision was blocked by stage scenery (not so wonderful). The 2 leading ladies of the show were superb, their singing and acting tremendous. I would put this musical in the category of family/children entertainment. All in all a good night out but expensive. The best seats would be row G, 11 and 12.

This show was most enjoyable. Loved the music and story line best. My two teen boys liked it too.
