Laithan was AMAZING. He was so personable and down to earth. He won my trust and respect when he went around the raft and allowed everyone to introduce themselves and give some fun facts about each other. He told personal stories and made us feel so comfortable. The rafting was a great experience and gave just enough adrenaline. The staff at NWA made us feel welcome and was very helpful throughout the entire process. If you are thinking about it- just do it!
