The guy who answers the phone is super nice but works for the Federal Government. He said he wished he could help out, but that he's not in Wittier to give a tour. I felt bad because he's been getting all of these calls from people who bought this.

Apologies for all the inconvenience, I wasn't able to reach back to you because I was unavailable for reasons that cannot be explained online. But I hope you were able to get your refund in a reasonable time. Thank you for your understanding. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Whittier.

Tour operator never showed up. He did not reply to communications sent through TripAdvisor/Viator app - no communication at all. The phone number listed in the TripAdvisor/Viator tour description belonged to an unrelated person who knew nothing about this tour. We paid $350 and traveled over an hour to get to Whittier AK only to be extremely disappointed and upset. I mistakenly thought that TripAdvisor/Viator vetted the tours they allow on their sites. I requested a refund and have yet to hear.

Appears to be a scam. No show guide. Locals haven’t heard of this person. Phone number goes to someone with a different name and who says they get these calls but no idea about this trip. We tried messaging them through trip advisor app but no reply
