Possible scammers? My family and I love food tours and were really looking forward to this. Company canceled at almost 11 PM the night before the tour stating that the tour guide had been injured. The email I received asked if I would be available for a tour on a different date. I responded the morning of the tour to say that I could not do the tour on a different day and asked for a refund instead. Two weeks later, no response or refund. I have emailed twice since then. Still no response and no refund almost a month later. I understand accidents happen, but if you are a reputable, upstanding business, you honor your end of the deal if services promised are not delivered. This was not a cheap tour. My family and I are out several hundred dollars. Use caution with this company--not worth the risk!

April was our tour guide and she was awesome. She was very informative and lots of fun. She had great tips on the foods and beverages. We will definitely do this again if when we are back in the area.

We paid for and showed up for this tour on November 17, 2020. We arrived 10 minutes early along with another couple. After waiting 45 minutes no one showed up. No one answered the phone after multiple calls. No one responded to emails. I still keep calling and emailing over 3 months later and we still have not been able to contact a human, we are not getting responses to emails and we have not received a refund for the $120+ we paid for this tour. I have no idea if this place is still in business but it appears you can still pay for a tour. This is unacceptable. This was the last Fay of our vacation and we wasted some of it waiting and spent money for a service we did not receive. Don’t fall for their scam.
