While I understand having to cancel our ride due to weather, the customer service could have been much better to say the least! They had to transport us in a shuttle to an off site location over an hour away (due to winds). After standing on the wet field, they gave us the bad news that the flights were canceled. The worst part, we were told "no propane, no champagne" on the ride back. They weren't kidding. If you put your customers through this ordeal, a champagne toast and an apology would somewhat ease the disappointment.
