We had our booking on July 21. Everything was nice and good until the last few minutes on our ride - the landing part. We sort of crash landed. We hit the inclined hill at an angle and reasonable speed since the balloon caught some unexpected wind abruptly. Thankfully, the balloon was caught in one of the tree and we came to a halt [Thank God]. Things could have been worse since the bottom of our basket hit few rocks, went through some trees. Stuff like this happens, I do not blame the pilot or anybody. My and my girlfriend are left with few bruises - on arms, back, face. The reason for 2 star review is the way things were handled post our horrible landing experience. We were never asked if we needed first aid, apologized, had someone check on us etc. Their staff acted as if nothing terrible had happened [Although 1 of their crew members told me this is the worst landing he has ever seen]. Moreover, some of their staff had the audacity to joke about the incident [They have all the right to do so, but, in my opinion, at least not when you never asked if we were ok or offered us some help]. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 only because the company's upper management did talk to me in a humble manner as well as apologized and offered me a full return [which I politely declined]. That happened only after I shot them an email after I reached home and told them about my experience though. Also, the breakfast is overrated. Nothing special.
