World of Coca-Cola is located beside the Georgia Aquarium at Pemberton Place® in downtown Atlanta.

The Reservation Time on your ticket is the start time of your experience. Arrive at the Main Entrance to World of Coca-Cola 15 minutes before your Reservation Time to park, scan tickets, and clear security.

Guest arriving late will be offered the option of joining the tour in progress or forfeiting their reservations and proceeding to a self-guided tour. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Advance ticket purchase will allow you to skip the ticketing window line and proceed directly to the main entry line. Present your ticket on a smartphone device or printed paper at the red entry arch adjacent to the ticketing window upon arrival.
*While this ticket allows you to skip the general ticket purchase lines, there may still be a line for entry during peak travel dates and times.

Restrictions: Guests are welcome to shoot video or photos on a handheld camera or phone. No large equipment is permitted.

The Bottleworks exhibit will close permanently in February 2023. Check back soon for a new interactive experience coming September 2023!

No regard for customer experience, excessively greedy operation. Complete and total money grab! Even though tickets are assigned a time when busy you have to wait in line for an hour to get in. Exhibit rooms are crammed with people so you can barely move. And in the tasting room so much spillage on the floors it’s hard not to step in puddles so be prepared to leave with sticky shoes. And to top it all off when you send them customer feedback with suggestions on what they can do to improve their museum they send you an automated form letter response within an hour without even reading your feedback. They just don’t care! Save your money and time, so many better ways to spend it in Atlanta!

I am a Coca-Cola true fan and visiting the Coca-Cola World was in my bucket list! I found the museum very nice and enjoyed the history, timeline, and Coke memorabilia but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of enhancing the overall experience with technology, AI and more modern resources. Coca-Cola is a brand with such a strong equity that it should level up this kind of experience.

Really disappointing to visit. Was here in 2013, and absolutely nothing new has happened since then. We know Americans can organize fantastic experiences, so one can only be disappointed—just a money-making machine. We won't be coming back and recommend everyone to spend their money elsewhere.
