We had a great food tour with Cindy! Very informative about the history and tried many great dishes. We loved learning about the culture and history.

It was interesting info on Ybor but not a very good food tour. Cuban sandwich was good but Shepard pie and calzone was below average and not what a ‘food tour’ is. Also, main pic showed a dish with rice and beans. Where was that?

I wouldn’t know anything about this experience as the tour guide did not show up!!!😡😡😡😡 We called the contact number and the agent advised we were with the guide and I told her no one was there. I offered to meet the tour guide somewhere if the tour left without us, however we were a 1/2 hour early so I’m not sure how we would have missed the group. They did not respond back to the agent. We were advised by the store owner and another tour guide giving a sightseeing tour that we were in the right location and I was told because the guide said they were there that I had to send pictures to prove where we were waiting for a refund. I have been on several tours with this company and have NEVER had a bad experience, but to have to prove I was there waiting for the tour guide and no one showed up is unacceptable when I called twice and sent messages to the crew captain and no response from them. I truly hope there was an emergency and they just couldn’t make it, but for the agent to say that the guy was there and telling her that I was with them is the part that is disheartening and dishonest. Just refund my money and we will move on.,…… The other crappy part is that I paid to stay in a hotel room in Tampa and then I had to pay again for parking and then I waited over two hours for a tour guide that never showed up and offered to meet them at any of the restaurants we were touring in Ybor city which is less than a mile anywhere in that vicinity With no. I was really looking forward to. This is one of my Christmas gifts from my husband, but I guess that won’t be happening.

We are so glad we were able to not only give you a full refund but also give you the chance to come back to take a Free Tour.
