Was unable to get the guided tour to work on my phone. Therefore I did not use it and would like to get a refund. Explored the Yosemite National Park without guidance.

Hi Peter, Unfortunately, you couldn’t use the tour during your visit. After booking, we send a detailed email with instructions, a tutorial video to guide you through the setup, and our support team’s contact number for assistance. You can contact them for help with the tour or a refund. Also, feel free to give the tour another try, as it is valid forever.

I got to visit but the bad thing I couldn’t log on to do the drive tour. Ended up getting a bit lost got back to our hotel very late it was my birthday that day and couldn’t enjoy it.

The GuideAlong app and tour need to be downloaded ahead of time for everything to work smoothly. The product you purchased is valid forever so you can use it anytime.
