Southern Rose Buggy Tours. A ride on the buggy tour is the best way to see the city of Beaufort. It would take quite a effort to see this city if you had to go on foot. Riding in a slow buggy is so convenient. It takes you in a circuitous route and highlights the most interesting and special sights. And with the high temperatures here in the low country this saves your strength!! We had a lovely tour guide by the name of Anastasia. She guided the very spirited horse named Blaze. The guide was informative, playful and amusing. We had a wonderful time. She explained how well the horses were treated and care for. We were glad to hear it. A great way to see this charming city.

No better way to tour this lovely town than with a house and buggy. The young man who managed to guide the horse and commentate was great. He had lots of historical information and stories about the people who once lived in Beaufort.
