Strongly recommend you to take the 2-day Niagara Falls tour with Viator. The drive was a bit long but you can see the views along the way. Eddie, the tour guy was great. He was clear on the tour plan and told us great info. The Wakin Glen park, maid of the mist, nightfalls view were the highligh
Niagara Falls cannot fail to impress however the coach journey is not for everyone.
Tour starts at 7.00 am to arrive at Niagara around 5 pm with stops along the way. If you have a problem with travel sickness however small this is not the trip for you. Our guide and driver were great people. We asked to be moved for the second day because the ride at the back of the coach was so bumpy and although we were moved it was only because two people decided to leave the trip at Niagara ans we could have their seats. If that hadn't happened we would have spent two very miserable days travelling. Trouble at the border can mean huge delays that effect the trip so an early race to the border is in order. On bus at 6.45am the next day. Maid of the Mist at 9.00am and on coach for 9.45am so don't expect any time for souvenir shopping unless you managed it the night before. We didn't because we were exhausted and sick from the travel. All in all we travelled for 20 hours to get two hours at the falls. Think twice if you get sick in even a small way by coach travel.
This is a very enjoyable trip. Very informative and the scenery on the way and at the falls was great. The choice of hotel was not ideal it was a long way from town even though just a ten minute walk was quoted.
