  • Luggage is limited to one piece and a small carry on per person - no restrictions on size/weight.
  • Maid of the Mist is available from mid-May until mid-October. Please have in mind that the start of the summer season is subject to weather conditions.
  • Hotel Accommodations: Ramada by Wyndham Hotel or for travelers that must remain in the USA side, Comfort Inn “The Pointe” or similar. Please note specific hotels mentioned not guaranteed
  • Wheelchair accessible transportation must be requested in advance
  • All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. For entry to Canada, it is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met
  • Passengers without the proper travel documents to cross and enter Canada can still join this tour. In such event, the passenger will remain at the hotel on the United States side of the Falls and will not join any part of the tour that will take place in the Canadian territory. You will be able to join the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist as this departs from the American side of the Falls. You will get to see the American Falls and the Canadian Falls from the boat. During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, you will be able to walk to the Falls on your own. There are no substitute attractions on the America side of the Falls. Outlet shopping is located on the American side and does not require a Canadian visa or passport

This tour involves 2 days of sitting on buses with little time at the actual falls. On day one we wasted so much time dropping off passengers who didn't get the necessary visa for Canada, then went a duty free store at the border, then had to wait while the border officials had dinner between 6 and 7:30, so the advertised visit to the Canadian side was just 20 mins in the dark. No good for photos or enjoying the spectacle or seeing the town. 20 minutes in the dark after almost 13 hours of travel. Really?????Then back onto the bus to go 6km to a motel with no food facilities onsite or nearby. And the driver got lost on the way to the out of town motel. It is just not good enough for the money charged, once there to be told freshen up quickly, the bus will take you back to town so you can eat, but then you'll have to get taxis back to the hotel after dinner and tomorrow we'll reimburse you the taxi fare. Taxis take credit cards. Well, no they don't. Hassle and inconvenience when people are already tired and disappointed. Day 2 we were off to an early start, the morning walking tour on the US side was good, but rushed so it was difficult for people with mobility issues, then onto the bus again, with a very very very boring stop at a shopping outlet for 90 minutes of sheer boredom, sitting on a bus seat waiting for the coach to return. Guide was pleasant but disorganised, she often started speaking and just didn't finish what she was saying. She said things which were inconsistent with what she said before. This tour seems like one where the tour company is just herding tourists into shops due to deals that benefit the shops and tour company without providing much for the tourists sucked into attending. I have done many tours in many places booked through Viator, and they have all been fine, This one was not.

Bus : Confortable.
Organization very good,:
-        right stops , nice places to have lunch, / shops
