My son and friend ( both college age) had a great time on this kayak tour yesterday. They saw dolphins. They felt safe and said the guide was both knowledgeable and interesting.. This tour is so much better than the kayak tours offered out of Shem Creek, Bowen’s Island is so much less busy with motorboats and developments than Shem Creek. Highly recommend this tour

We did the sunset kayak tour. Our group was only six people which was nice. Good safety instructions which is good if you have not kayaked for a while. It was an adventure over the mud at first but cool to see oysters growing. Did not see any dolphins but lots of birds and shrimps and fish jumping. Very peaceful. Uber or Lyft will take you and pick you up. It’s right next to Bowen’s Island restaurant Meghan our guide was very knowledgeable about the ecosystems of the marsh.
