We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.

Danny was a wonderful guide. He was patient and helpful. He was constantly on the lookout for our safety. I would have preferred a bit more information abt what we were seeing along the way but probably challenging with all of us on the move constantly. Definitely worth getting a segway as we covered all of the river front easily without getting tired.

Found a two-hour Segway Tour of Tampa on Groupon for a great price. Booked on short notice but they we're very accommodating and made room for me on the evening tour. Joe is the experienced guide and Eduardo was making his final assist before going solo. Both Joe and Eduardo did a great job guiding our Segway group of six along the Riverwalk. It was a Saturday evening in early December. Great weather with lots of holiday activities along the Riverwalk including the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey team was playing so downtown was very busy and parking was scarce. We rode past many parks, the Performing arts center and stopped at the Armature Works. The Armature Works is a fully restored mixed-use building in the historic Tampa Heights along the Hillsborough River. On our return leg we toured through more parks and the beautiful University of Tampa campus. All in all the tour was a great way to see many of the highlights downtown Tampa has to offer. I'm very pleased with the service that Joe and Eduardo provided and I highly recommend booking a tour with either of them. I will definitely bring my family on the same tour next time we're in Tampa!

My wife and I have toured with MCG maybe 9 or 20 times because we keep turning friends and family on to this group. Joe was a great guide and we all felt very comfortable with him. Eduardo was also a terrific host and went out of his way to ensure we had a good time. Here is the scoop: if you want a very slow, structured tour, you can get it here, but if you want more freedom and play then Magic Carpet Glide is for you!!! We love the free play on the grassy parks along the waterfront. We live here, and even we get a view of how beautiful this town can be!
