We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.

We took a 2 hour segway tour with our guide, Jimmy, on July 15th. What a blast! I was really nervous about it because I'm a little klutzy and I've got a bum knee. But, Jimmy was so patient in showing us each (one by one) how to drive/ride the segway. He made it seem so easy and because of his confidence in each of us, we all took to it just like he said we would. The tour along the river walk is beautiful. Jimmy has some interesting information to share about Tampa. We would do this again the next time we are in Tampa. Truly, this was one of the highlights of our entire vacation.

This tour was a very good combination of guided touring and freedom to do your own thing. Meaning, the tour guide wasn't ridged, we had several stops to explore places along the route which gave us freedom to go off the path a little bit. Our route by the water happened on a perfect day!

My husband and I had an absolute blast with the Segway tour!!! Jimmy was laid back, friendly and courteous and showed us so much in downtown Tampa. The river walk was my favorite part. We would 1000% recommend to anyone and we'll definitely do it again if we are back here.
