We truly value your input regarding the narration. On our tour description under "What's Included" and in our email confirmations, we encourage guests to bring their own headphones to enjoy the onboard commentary. However, when bookings are made through platforms like Viator, they send their own set of reminder emails, which may not always include this detail. Additionally, to help guests who forget headphones, we sell them onboard for $1, as noted in red text on the instruction sheet at the tables. We also have adapters on board for various types of phones.
Your feedback about playing the narration indoors is appreciated. We understand that chilly weather can make it challenging to enjoy the commentary outside during the winter season. We currently prioritize live piano music in the dining areas for ambiance. However, we’ve received similar feedback and are actively considering offering narration inside as an alternative.
