Staff were nice and welcoming. We weren't able to go paddle boarding due to the wind but had the opportunity instead to go kayaking. The experience was great. I would recommended!

Beautiful location. Nice and helpful staff. Shallow water makes it easy to get on/off the board for beginners. Fun afternoon on the water!

Great kids helping us but was very windy to enjoy it. Nice kayaks. Only used 38 mins of a 2-hour adventure.. App needs to give options for single or double kayak. I paid for 3 people and got 3 kayaks but only wanted 2 (single & double). They wouldn't change it for us. Oh well.

Hi Regan, I apologize for the wind. Wind can make paddle sports challenging; especially if you're not experienced. We did clearly mark on our online booking system that it was a windy day not a great paddling day. I do not know if that integrates over to TripAdvisor / Viator or whatever booking engine you used. If you booked directly with us, you will see each days forecast. Our website also makes suggestions on conditions to give paddlers the best experience. It's always best to schedule paddling on days when the winds are light. You could have always requested to reschedule if the wind was too much for your ability. The APP does offer Tandem Rentals but your reservation for was 3 singles. I believe you opt'ed to stay on the water for only 38 minutes. If you would like to return on a day when the winds are lighter sometime this summer (2023), I am happy to comp you the remainder of your time. Again, I apologize for the wind.
