Best tour by far! You leave knowing how to survive in the desert! I now know how to get water out of a cactus ! They make you feel like a friend you have had for years. I will definitely do this tour again when I come back to Scottsdale !

I did this tour last month for a corporate outing while in Phoenix and loved it so much that I did it again with my family this past Friday. They were not disappointed. What an amazing way to see the Sonoran Desert. Both tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about the climate, wildlife, & plants/cacti. This trip was with Travis--- 5 stars all the way around for him. I will add that it is also a great way to break up a drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff/Grand Canyon, as it is on the way (about 35 minutes north of Phoenix). The Road Runner Restaurant & Saloon (from which they operate adjacently) also has lots of character-- too bad we couldn't make the bull riding rodeo night the next evening. I will talk up Desert Wolf Tours to anybody visiting the Phoenix area.

Our group of 12 had an exciting adventure on the TomCar tour. We’ve done our fair share of off-roaring and these cars were top notch! Best part- Derik and Blake were fantastic guides. They were fun and knowledgeable—we learned so much about the desert’s flora and animals. Definitely recommend this outing!
