The photo walking tour took place primarily along 42nd Street and our guide introduced a range of useful techniques that will make my photography look more professional. This was a small group workshop/ tour which made it conducive to receiving individualized attention!

This was a workshop in macro photography. The teacher, Zim was amazingly competent and knowledge about this topic and how the technical aspects of the camera make this shooting possible with more ease, such that when your settings are set up properly, you can focus on your artistic viewpoint for the entire time you are shooting. I have taken another class with this instructor a few years ago, so I'm not surprised at the amount of learning that took place and how easy it was to understand her explanations of technical and compositional aspects of photography. I am so happy I took this class and look forward to taking more photos going forward. Bravo and thank you!

Just spend a terrific half day photography tour of Central Park with Zim. It was geared to what was important for me which is composition. We took about a half hour to review my camera settings. She has some great suggestions such as using bracketing in low light situations. Rest of the time was how to compose your photos. Learned so much in such short time. Looking forward to a few more such workshops and hoping to take the weekend bootcamp next spring. Samir
