We went on our excursion today and it was wonderful. We had Paul and he was wonderful and informative. 10/10 recommend if visiting Ketchikan.

We had an epic day out with Shad. Having grown up in Ketchikan, Shad has a wealth of knowledge that he enthusiastically shared with us. We went looking for bears, saw some beautiful totems, explored a rain forest and saw a waterfall, but the highlight of our trip was the impromptu fishing. When Shad heard that our fishing excursion from earlier on our cruise had been cancelled due to bad weather he offered to take us out to a local spot to catch some salmon before we left Alaska. It turned out to be one of the best excursions we did in Alaska. Thank you Shad for your warm hospitality and for enabling my boys to experience an authentic Alaskan fishing adventure.

Matthew was an excellent guide on our tour of Ketchikan. He brought us to so many great stops and was able to tell us all about the history and significance of the stop. We really enjoyed the day with him and could tell he has a passion for what he does. Great job!
