360 CHICAGO Observation Deck sits 1,000 feet over Chicago’s legendary Michigan Avenue. Located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan (formerly the John Hancock Center), 360 CHICAGO gives you the opportunity to experience what 'Travel & Leisure Magazine' voted one of the best views in America.

360 CHICAGO’s concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Explore Chicago beyond downtown after watching a short documentary titled 3 of 77 featuring an immersive view of three Chicago neighborhoods.

While taking in the views enjoy a beverage from the newly renovated CloudBar. Serving up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett’s popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails with local brewery, Moody Tongue on tap. Guests receive one beverage from the Sip Menu with their ticket.

Entry located at the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan Ave.

Guests may skip the ticket desk and immediately enter the security line. This ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass Lane to the elevators.

Please do not discard ticket after scanning for entry. The QR code is needed to redeem for sip option.

In cases of low visibility or inclement weather 360 CHICAGO is nonrefundable, however you may reschedule for up to 1 year. If you would like to reschedule please do so prior to scanning the ticket. Once the ticket is scanned 360 CHICAGO can no longer reschedule the visit.

Wonderful views of Chicago from every angle and looking out over the lake was spectacular. The city has an incredible variety of architectural styles.

The views of the city and lake are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The Sip and View Ticket made it even better, enjoying a drink while soaking in the sights. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is friendly. It’s a great way to experience Chicago from above. Highly recommend!
