The service at the counter from start to finish was excellent. They gave us all the information we needed to have a successful ride. Some parts of the trail were intimidating as a first time operator but it was fun. The maps do help but getting from one point to the next seemed long due to the slower speed. The Bluetooth does work and having our own music made it more adventurous, just make sure you have it downloaded. The views are top tier which is the point of it all. I would book again

We booked the 4hours session but even at very slow speed on rough areas of the trail it took way less time than that (even with stops for pictures along the way). A bit disappointing on that front. The vehicle was great and the trail really nice.
