A local fisherman, Capt. James specializes in targeting Floridian-famous fish such as Snook, Redfish, and the mighty “Silver King” (Tarpon) as well as other species like, snapper, grouper and trout.

Capt. James was born and raised on the west coast of Florida, and has been fishing the waters of Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa Bay for over 15 years. He’s passionate about inshore fishing, and loves nothing more than sharing this passion with other anglers. No matter your age or skill level, he’ll help you discover your love for fishing Florida’s shallows!

What a fantastic experience, worth every penny!! Capt. James was great! Attentive, very knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to be around. Capt. James put us on the fish almost immediately, and kept it up for the duration of our journey. We caught several different varieties of fish, and the ones that were in season made it home with us. Every part of our trip with Capt. James was great and we hope to be able to do it again in the near future. The only part that wasn't great was the end, wish it could have went on for four hours more... Thank you so much Capt. for making our trip unforgettable!

James was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He made sure all 3 of our children (9 and under) caught fish and had a great time. Well worth it for anyone vacationing in the area.

My wife and I took 4 hr inshore excursion. Weather wasn’t great but the fish didn’t care. Both of us caught our limit of red snapper with a few grouper as a bonus. Wish we had done it earlier in the week so we could have booked again.
