The 5 Course Cultural Brunch was such an exquisite experience, it alone made my first trip to Miami worth it. Christine, Modeste, and their daughter Chloe, were excellent hosts and made us feel welcomed to their home. I wish I had taken pictures of the dishes brought out, that would do it service, but I felt so welcomed and at home, that it didn’t occur to me. It didn’t feel like a restaurant trying to woo you with theatrics and presentation alone, but rather close, friends who care about your experience, want to cater to you, and they just so happen to be a professional chef. I was living in the moment. Not through a screen. I suggest to come on an empty stomach, because you will get full! And all of the dishes are so delicious you’ll WANT to eat it all, but you have to remind yourself that there’s 5 courses you’ll need to get through. All of the food was superb, but my favorites that stood out was the Beignet Haricots, and the apple crepes. And the chicken quiche is something I would love to attempt to recreate. Can’t go wrong with this experience, and I’ll definitely try to come back next time I come to Miami! Much love from DC!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the brunch experience at Chef Modeste. Christina and Chef Modeste are amazing hosts and they are very welcoming. The food is so delicious and the flavors are rich. I definitely recommend this experience as a great private experience with your significant other or friends
