Michael and Jason were our guides, they were the best! Funny, helpful and provided the assistance I needed. Best time ever! I will be back!

I always wanted to zip line though was a little fearful and my husband wasn’t too thrilled initially. Our guides were Sergey, a very skilled and accomplished former mountain rescuer and James. So glad there were 7 lines, as it took me about 3 to stop holding my breath! I laughed as on one of the beginning lines as Sergey was hooking me up he asked if I was a little afraid. He gave me tips to help me relax into it and ….I did! We felt safe and well-prepared by our guides — they were awesome — and by the 4th line, I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery which was breath-taking. The group we were with was fun though we didn’t know anyone. Many were also first-timers. It was a great experience, especially in The Great Smokies and I certainly would do it again!

Breathing views.. I highly recommend… Chris and Cricket were great tour guides. They made us feel safe and comfortable. Brian the bus driver was great too. Lea, I think that was her name, at the check in counter was sweet. Definitely going to go here again
