Our guide was phenomenal. It was our first time Jet skiing and it was a breeze! He was very nice, helpful, and patient. This was extremely fun. 100% recommend trying it out

Cheaper price says it all. Waited an hour, even though I arrived early. They are kind of rude, to patrons and each other. not much instruction was given. And never sent us the pictures that he took. It was a lot of fun, but a pretty problematic company.

We do sometimes have delays in the water. And because of that you were given an extra 20 minute ride. You are the first to say that we are rude or problematic. You learned how to jetski with us so I don’t know what your talking about not much instructions given. And yes we do take pictures for our records.

Owner texted from his personal phone that he’ll make sure we aren’t issued a refund. Site accepted our reservation. Owner called and said he was booked that he could take us out at 11:00 am the next day. 11:00 Turn to 11:30. When we got to the location the park was closed. We asked for a refund. He gave us the run around. He sent a nasty message to my cell after phone disconnected about ensuring we do not receive our funds back. On the phone with Viator about refund.
