We booked this for the last time slot available, 6pm. At 1pm the day of the ride, I received a call saying that 6pm was not available, but they could do 3pm. We were not close enough to make it there. I said well OK ,just cancel and issue a refund. He refused and said the cancellation policy required 24 hr notice. Kinda hard for me to do that when they call me 5 hrs before the scheduled time and said THEY can't do it. Terrible Customer Service.

Has a fantastic time cruising the waterways! Was my first time jet skiing and had no problems navigating the jet ski. Would recommend this as a fun activity.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Extremely satisfactory customer service! Very nice, friendly and fun tour guide! Water trip was much more fun than expected. Highly recommended for everyone who visits the area and does not want to get lost between all the water sports rentals! Thank you again!
