When we went to the meet-up point, one person told us we had to wait for a certain bus for the 80 minute tour, another one told us we can get on any bus, but we cannot hop on hop off. Before we purchased the tickets we were led to believe that the 80-minute historical tour was different than the hop on hop off route, yet it turned out it was the same. The Trolly was horrible, hard seats,no shocks or suspension, which mixed with the Boston street conditions is not a good fit for anybody with back issues. Honestly, they should make a disclaimer about this before boarding. My husband and I are active, fit adults, but we exited early & Ubered back to our hotel because of the discomfort, we even felt it the next day. The only thing worthwhile about this tour was the narration from our driver. He offered humor & interesting historical facts about the locations we passed.

To clarify, the 80-minute Non-Stop tour is designed for those who want a quick overview of the city without hopping on and off. It’s a great lower priced option for those short on time. We take pride in the comfort of our trolleys, with 100% cushioned seating and earlier this year we upgraded suspensions. This is the first time we’ve received feedback about discomfort, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Boston! Best, Mike T

The drivers Hugo and Jack were a wealth of information and historical facts. Hugo was engaging and funny. We were extremely lucky to have three amazing tour guides. Linda was wonderful too. She was very nice and she enjoyed her job and it showed. All were amazing. Appreciate the tours and all we learned.
