Finishing at the Memorial Plaza, you'll learn how the new World Trade Center Complex was designed and constructed. This is the definitive Ground Zero experience. The most memorable part was the museum. The artifacts. My tour guide was Andrew and he was great. He explained everything to us and answered our questions to the best of his ability.

This was a great tour! We enjoyed it so much. Our guide Andrew was knowledgeable and shared personal stories about 9/11 which was so interesting to here a New Yorkers story. It was so cool standing in the spots I remember seeing on TV that morning back in 2001. We did get the skip the line tickets to the memorial through Viator. I highly recommend doing this as well. Andrew gave us our tickets right in the beginning and let us know he'd be taking us to the memorial at the end. We did the 9am tour and I also recommend since it was August and 97 degrees that day. I bought this tour based on reviews so if you find yourself reading this I 100% recommend it! We would've missed iconic spots without this tour. Just buy it! I can't say enough about it. Thanks again Andrew!
