We reserved a cabana, and the attendant was the very helpful. We ate at “Mango Joe’s” because half of the places to eat were closed. Over priced food, but the ribs were very good. The Server (I think her name was Mira or something like that) was extremely rude, with a nasty attitude. The other serve (Angie) was very polite and helpful. She asked me if I needed anything And I said I would pay to see her co worker have better attitude towards customers or even a smile. She told me that her co worker is always like that and that she’s tried to talk to her with no positive results. I am a disabled veteran and when I wet to use the bathrooms I found them to be not well kept and some of the door won’t lock because the latch will not aligned (see photo). Also, there was NO toilet paper (see photo). I understand the they were short staffed, I traveled from Virginia. We vacation in Florida every year and I was under the impression that all Busch gardens theme park (like the one in Virginia )keep the same standards, but I guess I was wrong. Other that that, the rest of the employees were very good. I will never never visit this place again.

Bad food with even worse service. A man came up and took my food and then when I tried to explain what happened to the counter the young boy that was working there was lost. I handed him my receipt and I asked him when the food would be ready and he just said OK and handed it back to me. I waited for 45 minutes after buying a fast pass so I feel like that was wasted too. But that’s another bad review in itself. The fast pass is complete waste. The lines are mostly upstairs so there’s no way to get in front of people after buying one. I really wish I would’ve complained to customer service because when I called they said if I would’ve gone they would’ve helped. They did nothing. Also men wearing t-back bikini bottoms in line in front of my child.

We were here on 8/14/22. I rented a Cabana for my daughters bday. They put us in a riverside cabana I knew I had paid for a hillside they were the same price and I don't mind the move because riverside is better area in location to rides. After first ride and putting stuff in locker at cabana rain started rides were shut down when we returned to cabana the guy who originally put us in the cabana told us we had to move we were in the wrong place imagine that now we move all of our stuff in the rain and upon opening the locker I found it leaks phone wallet dry clothes wet. We were sent to hillside nobody is here to make sure your in the right place and guess what locker leaks and you cannot order food to this one like riverside don't remember reading that online. Anyone you ask has no answer for you nobody gives a care. Called their corporate they gave a careless same response. Overall I would not spend money again for this sub par service and lame attitudes and thats using my nice words. I hope to put this out there so ppl know the lockers leak and the service here will not make you happy so if you think it will be a pleasure experience think again. To tell ya the truth its been such a bad experience today and the lack of will to help makes me wonder if I will ever buy bg and ai passes again or hallowscream as a floridian I expect the parks to cater better we are a tourist state and the customer service here is 🗑 trash. Maybe time to spend your money somewhere else. BTW the lockers had much more water in them I dried with that towel. I hate to be this guy but they deserve it and you deserve to know. If I had a great time I wouldn't be wasting it writing a bad review while in the park.
